In a panel discussion moderated by Michelle Clemons and followed by Q&A, Ashley Burke will discuss Special Needs Trusts and Medicaid (both for long-term nursing care purposes and Medicaid Waivers). Josh Graber will discuss estate planning techniques for high-net-worth clients before and after 2026, as well as techniques for funding trusts. Bill Schult will address considerations for aging in place (at home) compared to in senior living communities, what Medicaid and Medicare will or will not cover, and an overview of costs in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets.
