The format for the program will be as follows with each presentation lasting 10 minutes.

Investment planning presentation - Investment Advisor
Insurance planning presentation - Insurance Advisor or Agent
Charitable Estate Planning presentation - Attorney
Charitable Tax Planning presentation - Accountant or Tax Attorney

There will be a short intermission after these seven presentations followed by roundtable discussions hosted by each speaker who will have an opportunity to go into greater depth regarding their topic. We will have four roundtable sessions with each lasting 15 minutes. Attendees can decide to remain with that table or move to another.

The format for the enlivenment of the program is that it will take place at the Newport Aquarium. The program will be from 4:00 - 6:30 in the Currents Ballroom. Attendees will then be able to visit the exhibits at the Newport Aquarium while enjoying cocktails, hors d' oeuvres and networking immediately following the program. This portion of the event will last until 8:30. This will be private access to those that register and attend the program as the Aquarium closes to the general public at 6:00 pm.
